Lambsafe (“we”, “us”, “our”) may from time to time, with your permission, collect your name, postal address, phone number and/or email address. We never collect any personal information about you without your permission, unless for contractual reasons. For example, if you attend one of our trade stands and order one of our products, naturally we require your contact details manage your order and deliver the product(s).
When we are in possession of your personal details, either through you granting them to us or because of contractual requirements, we do not keep them after three years, if you have not further engaged with us over that period. “Not further engaged” means, for example, if you never open an email received from us, for which you gave us permission to send.
We never keep any personally identifiable data files in paper version. We do not keep any lists of names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc, in paper format.

Names, phone numbers and/or email addresses of persons who have not engaged with us for three years are destroyed and removed from our newsletter list, etc.

Lambsafe – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lambsafe, we stand behind the quality of our agricultural handling and safety equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue quickly.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility & Product Condition
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following strict criteria due to agricultural biosecurity and safety standards:
Unused & As-New: The item must be completely unused, clean, and free of any dirt, biological matter, or signs of wear.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all contents.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original invoice, receipt, or order confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
Used item: Any item that has been used after purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Do not ship items back to us without prior authorization. Please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@lambsafe.ie with your order receipt and reason for return.
Package & Ship: Securely pack the item and label with return address provided.
5. Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/model, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or arrange a pickup. Please report damaged items within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our biosecurity and product condition standards.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within [e.g., 5 to 10] business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
(Optional) A restocking fee of [e.g., 10%] may apply to equipment returns to cover handling and re-boxing costs.
